White sauce for pizza

I was trying to think of a sauce for pizza that wouldn't overwhelm the taste of wild mushrooms like the regular red sauce does, so I tried the white sauce for creamed tuna (or smoked fish) over biscuits, with half a teaspoon of Penzey's Pizza Seasoning in it. I thought it was really good, so I thought I should share it. We had it last night with some hedgehogs I found Monday.
1 1/2 Tablespoons butter
1 1/2 Tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon Penzey's Pizza Seasoning ( or other brand, Penzey's is what I had on hand)
3/4 cup milk

Melt butter, add flour and seasoning, cook for a minute, then whisk in milk, cook until it boils. This makes enough for a sixteen inch pizza.
